My 5 night stay at this hotel was great! The location was perfect as it was close to the metro station which made it easy for me to travel around the city. I also loved the fact that there were many restaurants nearby that offer delivery. The hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, which made me feel comfortable and safe.

I did like the location, cleaness of this Hotel. There are several Restruants in nearby location. A small park in front for evening walk and for your childrens play.

Neat and clean Hotel Apartment @ good location in between Dubai and Sharjah. Good for family with small kids . Parking space available @ basement . Plenty of restaurents in neary by locations. Staff are good but receptionist needs more training. Wifi should be improved as it makes very in convenient to see people sitting @ the reception lounge for connecting to Wi Fi.

The hotel is located near a Metro station, which is a huge plus for easy transportation around the city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including an extra TV in the master bedroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious and satisfying.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Smelly wardrobe, Dirty utensils, Old cracked furniture, Terrible Housekeeping Service, Dirty swimming pool, I got the exact same breakfast for three days !!

I like the place where are the hotel in, and the quitey of it.

I don't like that they don't have baby cot and extra matresses.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with easy access to the metro for exploring Dubai. the spacious rooms have all the necessary facilities, including a kitchen area and plenty of storage space. the polite staff is always available to help guests with anything they might need.

Some aspects of this hotel don't meet expectations, such as a lack of cleanliness in some areas.

The hotel staff are not friendly they need to be trained in hospitality.

Far from congestions

There was no extra bed available for the kids and I was charged AED 50 for the card key which I lost. Most of reputable hotels in the world provide two card keys free of charge even if lost

Great location near DXB airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious apartments with good views. Convenient access to transportation and amenities. Recently renewed lobby and corridors

Nothing to complain about at all.

It is convenince to reach most of the areas in Dubai city inorder to get the things done. Room sizes and kitchen and living areas are excellent.

During the my family stay thier are " bugs" bites to whole of my family and we change the rooms also Room 203 to Room 208. This cause us mentally frustrated and we decided to not to extend the stay in the hotel though we are staying in Dubai until 2nd January 2011. We had to take even medicine. Then the other room(208) also had a problem with bath room having very bad smell. Then the the bath room also change. It is a bad stay in Elite classic.

The apartment was well-furnished and clean. The staff were attentive and accommodating. the location was convenient as it was close to public transportation and had easy access to nearby attractions.

There were a few inconveniences during our stay. For instance, the air conditioning was loud and disturbed our sleep.
